How can I amend my booking?

If you have booked through a travel agent or tour operator, you amend through them. If you have booked directly with the hotel, contact the hotel directly.

How will I know that my booking is confirmed?

When you have completed the booking process online you will also receive a booking confirmation by email. This includes your reservation details as well as a confirmation number.

Please note if the booking is made over the phone an email confirmation will be sent if you have provided an email address.

How do I cancel my booking?

If you have booked through a travel agent or tour operator, you cancel through them. If you have booked directly with the hotel, contact the hotel directly.

Is the payment taken straight out of my card?

Depending on the terms of the rate booked, credit card details are primarily used as a reservation guarantee. If you have booked an Advance Purchase rate payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

What type of payment method do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted – Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, Maestro.
Cash payments are also accepted at the Hotel.

On arrival where can I get my room key?

On arrival at the hotel please go directly to the reception desk to collect your room key, make sure that you are following the social distancing guidelines outlined at the Hotel.

If in need shall I request for an adjoining room?

The Hotel does not provide adjoining rooms, but is accepting request for rooms next to each other.

Do you have Wi-Fi in the hotel? Is it free or do you charge for it?

Yes, Wi-Fi is complimentary and available in all areas of the hotel. Please ask for the password details at the Reception.
