In the event of a non-arrival, late cancellation, or early departure, please note our 120-hour cancellation policy. Standard reservations should be canceled at least 5 days prior to the arrival date by 12:00 hours (UK time) in order to avoid a no-show charge equal to one night’s room rate. If you have booked a pre-paid rate or a non-refundable reservation please note that no amendments, cancellations, or refunds are permitted at any time and a full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
