Taxes and service charges:

20.00% VAT is included in the price. A service charge is not applicable. No booking fees.

Payment policy:

A credit card/debit card number is required to secure all room reservations. A guest may also reserve a room by paying the first night deposit, either by cash or bank transfer. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. The hotel has the right to charge 25% deposit on all bookings of 7 nights or more. The hotel will charge the full amount of the booking for a non-refundable reservation at the time of the booking.

Please note: Extras included in our packages are neither exchangeable nor redeemable for cash if not consumed.

In the event of a non-arrival, late cancellation or early departure, please note that for standard reservations the hotel will charge at least one night’s room rate. If you have booked a pre-paid rate or a non-refundable reservation, please note that no amendments, cancellations, or refunds are permitted at any time and a full payment will be taken at the time of the booking.
